2024 SNAKESKIN Skin-Contact Sémillon
Skin-contact Sémillon. All the opulence of the Bordeaux varietal, here in a more textured incarnation, with a shimmering amber hue and distinct flavor profile. As this wine is the SERPENTS, but with extended skin contact. a more colored and structured creature emerges, redolent of apricots, beeswax, and oolong tea.
The HERON 2023 Petit Verdot
For this 2023 vintage, Petit Verdot was sourced from Star Vineyard in Rutherford, a favorite of Aaron’s. For those who enjoyed last year’s debut of The HERON, prepare to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of this sequel.

CORVUS PACIFICUM 2023 Amphora-Aged Seawater Blend
Inspired by the past, CORVUS PACIFICUM, XXMMIII, revives an Ancient Roman recipe in which 1% seawater was blended into 99% wine. The resulting amplification of flavor and structure is striking.
2015 Perliss - The RAVENS Reserve Black Wax
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard. Yields are kept down and organically farmed to achieve the best expression of the fruit. The grapes are hand-harvested and naturally fermented with the vineyard's indigenous yeast. Made 80% in French oak and 20% Tuscan terracotta.
The 2015 vintage shows depth and complexity, while remaining nimble and smooth.
