Amphora-aged estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Luminous and sleek, the 2021 PEARL of the RAVENS, offers an unadulterated experience of Cabernet Sauvignon. With the oak influence dialed back to a whisper, the purity of the fruit is in the starring role. 

Inspired by the past, CORVUS PACIFICUM, XXMMII,  revives an Ancient Roman recipe in which 1% seawater was blended into 99% wine.  The resulting amplification of flavor and structure is striking. 

Introducing The HERON: a bold tribute to Petit Verdot, a Bordeaux varietal (aka, Heran) typically relegated to the background.
