The SERPENTS 2016Sémillon
Dry Sémillon from 28-year-old vines from the Bavarian Lions Vineyard in Knights Valley. Hand-harvested then fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged one and a half years on its lees in Tuscan terra-cotta amphora and neutral French oak barrels. Unfiltered. A wine for immediate enjoyment or for cellaring. Hand-dipped in beeswax. 186 cases produced.
